Policies

  • Check-in is between 3pm - 9pm, and Check out by 11am.
  • Payments accepted - credit card
  • A 50% deposit is due at reservation, and refundable up to 14 days prior to scheduled stay. No shows, or cancellations 13 days or less prior to arrival date, will forfeit deposit.
  • Balance is collected at check-in. 
  • Rates are based on double occupancy (2 guests). Additional guests will be charged an additional $25 per day. 
  • Adults only - All guests must be age 18+ unless all suites are booked by the same party.  
  • The entire home is Non-smoking - Guests may smoke outside away from common entries, ashtrays provided.
  • No pets.
  • Due to costly cleaning expenses, any guest that violates the non-smoking/no pets policy is subject to a $200.00 cleaning fee.
  • While we know that accidents cause minor damages to guest rooms from time to time, we will bill the credit card used to hold your room for any extensive damage to floor, furniture, linens and/or room damages.
  • No additional cooking equipment is to be brought in or used in any suite.
  • There is an exit door on the 2nd floor, for emergencies only. This exit leads to a roof top. There is also an escape ladder from the 3rd floor, to be used in case of emergencies only.
